Bachelorette Party

Last weekend, we threw a bachelorette party for Deena who is getting married on July 26th in Houston. The evening began with a Messina Hoff Wine Tasting and Tour. After 4 glasses of wine, which included a dry red, dry white, chardonnay, and a port wine (none of us like any type of dry wines) we went to Cheddars for dinner and mudslides. I had the suburban this weekend for moving purposes and so we took it around town b/c it was the only vehicle that could hold all 7 of us...all that to say, I found a parking spot right in front of Cheddars (seriously next to the door) and so I backed in and we sat in the suburban until our buzzer was ready. Actually, prior to that, there weren't any buzzers available so Deena told the hostess that we were in a black suburban right outside and if a buzzer became available to bring it to us - and they totally did. We didn't think they would... After dinner we went back to the house that Mallory is staying at this summer and made pina coladas, decorated sugar cookies, and played taboo...whoever got buzzed for saying a word they weren't allowed to say had to take a shot of either tequila or rum - both are disgusting! Guess who had to take a lot of shots?? Oh that's right, I did - I am horrible at Taboo!! Oh well - it made the night more exiting. It was such a great weekend! Sadly, I haven't received the pictures yet from Messina Hoff from Megan but I have a few from my camera. I'll post more later...
